Full payment is made online. For cancellation please give more than 24hours notice to be eligible for a refund or to reschedule your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please call us on +44 7920 074050 at least 24 hours before your scheduled booking. We DO NOT accept Emails, or private messages for cancellations or rescheduling as we are not always able to respond to messages when carrying out our services. Please call a member of our team to confirm a change in appointment 24 hours before you're scheduled to come in. We kindly ask that you respect our time & we will respect yours. We should not pay the price of your mis-managed time or a mistake that's out of our control. We are a small independent business and no shows can make a huge difference to our financial situation. If you NO SHOW or Inform us on the day of your appointment you will be charged 100% of your booking fee. You are able to reschedule through your account online or through the app. Note: If you cancel less then 24 hrs notice the Booking is non refundable.
